A sixty -something woman was indicted for the murder of his 18 -year -old adoptive daughter in the Vosges, said the Public Prosecutor of Epinal on Monday, Frédéric Nahon, confirming information from Vosges morning.
“The 62-year-old man went to the gendarmerie of Thaon-les-Vosges just after the fact. He is accused of having killed his 18-year-old adoptive daughter in the family home in Chavelot on the night of Friday to Saturday, using a firearm,” Nahon said.
The father was presented to an investigating judge, indicted for aggravated murder and placed in pre -trial detention. According to the daily Vosges morning, a violent argument had broken out between the father and his daughter, while the mother was at her workplace. The girl had been adopted at the age of 5 in Colombia, said the newspaper.
“The investigations are continuing to specify the conditions for acting,” said the prosecutor.
