Main partner of the Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP team, Alpine celebrates the brand’s 70th anniversary this year.
This weekend, the Bugatti circuit of Le Mans will live entirely to the rhythm of the Grand Prix de France, welcoming hundreds of thousands of spectators.
Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, the Alpine brand could not allow the opportunity to stand out in front of the French public and thus take advantage of its partnership with the prima Prama Yamaha team in MotoGP.
-The motorcycles piloted this weekend by Jack Miller and Miguel Oliveira will thus wear a livery drawn by the Alpine design team, inspired by the A424, which we also find this weekend on the side of Francorchamps in WEC, but also the colors of France.
Antonino Labate, director of sales, marketing and customer experience, Alpine: “Le Mans represents the quintessence of French automotive competition and occupies a special place in the history of Alpine. On the occasion of the Grand Prix de France de MotoGP, we wanted to create a unique livery that bridges between our different commitments in motorsport, while celebrating our heritage, revealing a unique livery. For the brand’s 70th anniversary, we wanted this motorcycle, like our racing cars, expresses our DNA made of elegance, audacity and French performance. ”

Paolo Campinoti, main team, prima pramac yamaha MotoGP: “Having the opportunity to run at Le Mans with the special Alpine livery is an immense honor for all of us at Prima Pramac Yamaha. It is a legendary circuit in the history of motorsport – wherever you go, you can feel the car race supported by one of the most passionate crowds of the whole championship. The simple fact of being on the starting grid of this circuit is exceptional. And being associated with a brand like Alpine – which has written unforgettable chapters in the history of motorsport and which this year celebrates its 70th anniversary – makes our participation even more extraordinary ».
