On May 31 and June 1, the courtyard of the prestigious Château de Saumur will welcome the 2e Edition of the Saumur Horse Festival, a free event open to everyone, placed this year under the sign of French equestrian excellence on the occasion of the bicentennial of the black setting in Saumur. At the heart of this festive weekend, visitors will have the privilege of attending presentations of the famous black setting in Saumur, a world emblem of French equestrian know-how, as well as the possibility of meeting equestrian craftsmen that surround this body of elites. A unique opportunity to discover the tradition, the precision and the beauty of the exceptional work, in a magnificent heritage setting. Thought as a real moment of sharing, the Saumur Horse Festival will offer many animations: ponies and team walks; Village of equestrian artisans and local producers; Games and animations for young and old; Outdoor broadcast of the film of the three musketeers: Milady (to be confirmed); Gastronomic village and festive musical atmosphere throughout the weekend. The Saumur Horse Festival wants to be accessible and friendly: the entrance is free and free.
