After the attack on the knife at the Notre-Dame-de-Toutes-Aides high school, in which Lorène, 15, died, a judicial information for “Assassination, attempted murder and violence aggravated by three circumstances, in this case with weapon, within a school establishment and with the concealed face”was opened at the end of April, announced this Tuesday, May 6, the public prosecutor of Nantes.
The latter specifies that the respondent is “Always in psychiatric care” in the south of France, according to information from West France. The assailant, a 16 -year -old high school student educated in the second and armed with two knives, had been mastered by a staff member, a computer technician. He was then interned at the hospital after a psychiatrist judged that his state of health was incompatible with police custody.
The high school student had been killed in a knife attack Thursday, April 24 in this private high school under contract. Three other people had been injured. During a press conference held the day after the drama, the Nantes prosecutor had delivered the first elements of the investigation. He had notably insisted on the “Violence of action” of the author of the attack: “The respondent gave 57 stabs in total, on the upper body [de Lorène]on the skull and in the throat, the most deadly being those given in the jugular vein and the carotid. ”
-The young man, “Extremely lonely” et “Obvious suicidal”has a “Certain fascination for Hitler”according to the prosecutor. He had been summoned on this subject on the eve of the Easter holidays, with his mother, by the management of the school. Still according to the prosecutor, the respondent has never said that he was harassment, “Neither at school nor elsewhere” : “He sometimes had the feeling that he was treated in a different way from the others.”
Shortly before his act, the adolescent had sent a 13 -page text by email to the whole of his school, including the digital work space (ENT). Entitled “Immune action”, the student evoked there “Globalization [qui] has transformed our system into a machine to decompose humans ”.
He returned, in a very confused prose, out of three different “Assaults” : and “Globalized ecocide” ; a “Systemic violence and social alienation” who is “The invisible architecture of mental submission and contemporary social alienation” ; and finally a “Totalitarian social conditioning”.
