The leader of the Conservative Party of Quebec decided to present himself in the district of Arthabaska as part of the by -elections which must be triggered there by fall. Éric Duhaime tries again to enter the National Assembly through this County of Center-du-Québec, which has become a vacant since the resignation of the independent deputy Eric Lefebvre, who made the jump in federal politics.
