This Thursday, May 8, at the beginning of the afternoon, a motorcycle at the start of the afternoon at the Tallard service station (Hautes-Alpes) on the Departmental Route RD942. While the driver was full, the two-wheelers caught fire.
A witness who passed had the reflex to press the cut-off button, a security system allowing the immediate stop of the pump which is triggered by a cut-off. The damage was limited to the fully destroyed motorcycle and the pumps made unusable by the heat of the flames.
Fifteen firefighters divided into three fire vans intervened.
