The government has validated the acquisition of 100 % of the Société éolienne du Maroc SA by the company Emirati Amea Power LLC, A major in renewable energies. This operation is part of a broader dynamic of strengthening economic ties between and the Gulf countries, particularly in the strategic energy sector.

The transaction was formalized by decree n ° 2.24.385, Published in the Official Bulletin No. 7370 Bis, which confirms the full transfer of the held hitherto by the Society Italgen Maroc Sarl.
