The Bank of Canada is pleased to announce the names of the scholarship recipients intended for students who are part of various groups: disabled, Aboriginal people, LGBTQ2S+people, -speaking and people who as a woman or as members of a visible minority or a racialized group. We know that the inclusion of identities and various ideas promotes innovative thought and better results for the Canadian population. This principle is essential to our success as an influential central bank. This is why our scholarships aim to encourage Canadians of various horizons to continue their studies and consider a career in a field -related field.

The banking scholarship recipients receive $ 8,000 Canadian dollars 2024-2025. The scholarships aim to help students from the following groups to pay their tuition fees in a recognized teaching establishment:

  • People who identify like a woman
  • People who identify themselves as members of a racialized group
