Antonio Caño (formerly CEO of AG Insurance, currently Managing Director of Ageas and member of the Achmea Supervisory Board) and (Formerly CEO of Degroof Petercam, member of the Board of Directors and the Exemption from the Belgian Federation of the FEBELFIN financial sector, and member of the Baloise Group Board of Directors) have been appointed as new members of the Board of Directors.
