On the Mohammed VI University campus, the second edition of the Deeptech Summit 2025 brings together more than 7,000 participants and a large international contingent of researchers, decision -makers and investors. The event assumes an offensive posture. Artificial intelligence is no longer perceived there as a simple promise of efficiency, but as a technological architecture capable of reconfiguring whole sections of the economy, in particular in the most strategic sectors of the continent.
What is the subject of the agreement signed between H&S Invest Holding and Mohammed VI Polytechnique University?
We are delighted with this initiative. This partnership marks the start of a structured rapprochement between our industrial group and a benchmark university such as UM6P. He first plans to install our offices on the Benguerire campus, so that our employees can work as close as possible to this ecosystem.
But the ambition exceeds the simple physical anchoring. We intend to initiate concrete collaborations in research and development, in particular in connection with our pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic laboratories. We are also under discussion to develop a real estate project which would allow to offer housing in Benguerre, in order to support the rapid development of the university ecosystem.
What types of operational synergies do you hope to set up?
Our group is active in industrial and real estate services. By associating ourselves with an academic institution with high -level research centers, we create the conditions for a mutually beneficial exchange. UM6P researchers and our technical teams can work together in the field, in a co-innovation dynamic.
The objective, in the long term, would be to lead to common creations, and why not, to file together patents. This junction between scientific expertise and industrial capacity is, in my opinion, essential in the era of artificial intelligence.
Does this partnership also include prospects for training and open innovation?
Absolutely ! This agreement also constitutes a training lever for our employees. We plan to design, with the UM6P, development, personal and professional modules, to strengthen the internal skills of the group.
In addition, our rapprochement with school 1337 is part of a logic of cooperation and recruitment. It represents a precious pool of digital talents. Finally, open innovation is at the heart of our approach.
By crossing our respective environments, we create a space conducive to the emergence of new ideas, agility and experimentation. It is a way of anchoring the company in a renewed intellectual dynamic.
