French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and his British counterpart Keir Starmer will meet Ukrainian President Volodyr Zelensky on Saturday morning, on Friday the Elysée.
A “historic visit”
The Ukrainian President announced on Friday that a meeting of the leaders of the “Coalition of volunteers” was going to be held on Saturday in Ukraine, without specifying the names of the expected officials.

In a joint declaration, the four leaders emphasize that they will be held “In kyiv alongside Ukraine in the face of the wild and illegal invasion that Russia leads on a large scale against this country.”
“Alongside the United States, we call on Russia to accept a full and unconditional ceasefire of 30 days to allow the holding of talks for a fair and lasting peace,” they add.
What program?
Their visit comes as the United States and the European Allies of kyiv push towards a 30-day ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia, after more than three years of conflict.
The proposal made in March by Washington has already been accepted by the Ukrainian authorities, but Moscow estimated that such a measure could only come into force once put in place reliable monitoring and maintenance measures.
