At the start of its work, the Council will examine four draft decrees, the first of which relates to the establishment of remuneration for services provided by the autonomously managed State service “National Institute of Registries and Trades legal and judicial”, under the Ministry of Justice.
The second draft decree concerns the definition of the terms of appointment of members of the Council of the Higher Health Authority, the third on the application of the provisions of articles 32 and 34 of the law establishing the said body, while the 4th draft decree amends the decree relating to the application of the law relating to the exercise of the profession of architect and the creation of the National Order of Architects.
The Council will continue its work by examining an agreement between the government of Morocco and the African Union of the Blind (UAFA) relating to the establishment of the permanent headquarters of the UAFA in Morocco, signed in Rabat on March 19, 2024 , in addition to a bill approving the said agreement, followed by the examination of the annex to the amendment of the headquarters agreement between the government of Morocco and the Islamic World Organization for Education, Science and culture (ICESCO), signed in Banjul on May 4, 2024, in addition to a bill approving the said agreement.
The Governing Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
