While rumors suggest a major crisis within the couple formed by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, the actor spoke on the talk show Hart to Heart. He was asked about his wife’s great popularity. He thus remembered an anecdote that happened to him while he was out with his wife and their respective children.
“We went somewhere with Jennifer. She’s so famous and people love her, she really means something to them.“, he said first before adding: “[Pour moi,] people say ‘Hey, I like your movie’, and then they shout ‘AAAHHHH! J-LO! It’s incredible’“.

During a family trip, when they had to go to the theater in Times Square, in New York with their children, he was shocked by the reaction of certain people, total fans of Jennifer Lopez. “I said, ‘Damn, honey, we’re going to be late, we have to walk a block and a half’.” The couple and the children then got out of the car but the madness was very significant.
“I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ There was a woman who started running backwards while filming, while yelling ‘J-LO!’“, said the actor again. “I also don’t like receiving a lot of attention“, he continued. “That’s why people see me [et] they’re like, ‘Well, this guy is still angry…’ Because someone has their camera and is sticking to my face.”
