According to the police report to which CBS had access, the 43-year-old singer, producer and actor was “intoxicated”, his “eyes bloodshot, while his breath smelled of alcohol”.
The star reportedly replied to the police officer that he had “drank a Martini and followed (his) friends home.”
Justin Timberlake appeared immediately in court in Sag Harbor around 9:30 a.m. (1:30 p.m. GMT), according to CBS.
