France 3, suddenly found itself without a presenter this year. While he hosted this famous game show for 16 years, Cyril Féraud decided to take the reins of another program. Last April, the host of France Télévisions had to abandon his role as presenter of Slamto move on to his new game: Everyone wants to take its place.
However, at the same time, France 3 failed to find a new host to succeed Cyril Féraud. The task was all the more difficult as the presenter seemed difficult to replace. Her charisma and his
skill as a facilitator have in fact largely contributed to the success of Slam these last years. France Televisions however ended up appointing a new presenter.
An athlete has been appointed to succeed Cyril Féraud in Slam
According to information released today by The ParisianFrance 3 hesitated between around ten candidates to choose a successor to Cyril Féraud. Damien Thévenotof TelematinLaurent Luyat, Willy Rovelli And
Jean-Luc Lemoine were notably interviewed. But none of them were a match for Théo Curin.
This young disabled swimmer 24-year-old, who had all four limbs amputated, is already well known in France. In the media, he holds the position of columnist in To the Citizen Games! He also appears regularly on the show Close call. However, his appointment was not self-evident for Slam. This athlete has no experience in game shows.

The decision to appoint Théo Curin to host Slam
is therefore a real surprise. However, it must be remembered that Cyril Féraud did not have much experience in hosting game programs before presenting Slam. For the moment, the appointment of
disabled swimmer will however not yet be accompanied by new episodes of Slam.
Théo Curin will just do a few tests, which were also organized this Thursday, June 13. He will actually take office a little later, in September. The young host and sportsman should begin his first episodes of Slam it Monday September 9, still on France 3. In any case, the fact that he has agreed to succeed Cyril Féraud is excellent news for France Télévisions as well as for fans of Slam.
