Albert of Monaco went on an outing with his adorable children this Thursday, May 9 in Monaco. Direction the Chokolashow, first edition of a chocolate fair where art school students from the neighboring town of Sanremo in Italy were tasked with representing a car entered in the 14th edition of the historic Grand Prix using only a block of chocolate. The seven works were exhibited, works of art, which Prince Albert, Jacques and Gabriella came to admire with their own eyes.

After being honored with the inauguration of a boat in his name, Prince Jacques let his sister shine. Gabriella appeared in a very rock’n’roll look: little black dress, light denim jacket and sneakers on your feet. The twins and their father also did their part since a block of chocolate had been reserved for them. This is how they were able, each in turn, to write their name on it using a pen. A task in which Jacques and Gabriella were very involved. And obviously, the little gourmands didn’t just draw to see the traces of chocolate they had around their mouths…

Chocolate for a good cause

Behind this event were very charitable causes. Each of the works produced was sold at auction. Prince Albert had, just before this sale, the mission of assigning an association to each of the pieces. The latter was therefore allocated the sum for which the work to which it was attached had been sold. Among the charities chosen were Frankie’s Children, Action Innocence, Passion Sea, Fight Aids Monaco, Monaco Aid & Presence, Amapei, the Eugenio Benedetto Gaglio charity and the Monaco SPA as reported by the daily Monaco Morning in its edition of this Friday, May 10.

No Princess Charlene Foundation on the program but it was recently highlighted. A few days ago, Charlene, in a casual but expensive piece, encouraged participants to 10th edition of the COCC Ride cycling race organized by the “Champagne & Oyster Cycling Club of Monaco” whose funds collected were all donated to the foundation.
