Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has built a reputation as a good guy in Hollywood over the past few years. That could all change after he was accused of racking up $50 million in fees due to the delay of his film “Red One.”

Initially scheduled for Christmas 2023, the theatrical release of “Red One” was postponed to November 2024, due to the lack of professionalism of The Rock.

Apparently, the 51-year-old star would have accumulated absences and delays during the filming days, going up to almost eight hours of waiting for the production team.

In addition to his regular punctuality problems, it is said that Johnson had a habit of peeing in empty water bottles to save time between scenes.

According to members of the production who spoke to the American media The Wraphe wasn’t necessarily asking them to get rid of it, but other shooting stories from the past have shown otherwise.

Some employees who worked with Johnson on a 2021 film admitted to the team The Wrap having been exposed to situations like this.

The Rock was also accused of using parts of the film’s budget for his personal businesses, such as his tequila brand “Teremana.”

Ultimately, the film “Red One” cost more than $250 million, an exaggerated sum for a Christmas film…

To give you an idea, it’s the same amount used for the film Avatar 2: The Way of Water (2022).
