Ukraine: Putin “ready” to speak to Trump, says the Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin is “ready” to speak to Donald Trump, the Kremlin said on Friday the day after an immediate meeting, but neither Moscow nor Washington have advanced real calendar for this expected discussion.

Moscow, kyiv and their allies are waiting to see what position will adopt the unpredictable tenant of the White House on the Ukrainian conflict, which has repeatedly claimed to want to put an end to it without ever explaining its intentions.
