In total, 120 firefighters were mobilized for this intervention, including drone and NRBC specialties as well as the supply unit of the Logistics Support Center. Although the extinguishing work on the filters proved very effective, the fire was more resistant on the production lines.
As soon as emergency services arrived, the employees were evacuated. Five ambulances supported by two SAMU teams and a health officer took care of the 23 factory employees who had potentially inhaled smoke during this evacuation. After an initial screening on site, eleven people were transported for a more in-depth check in three hospital structures in the country. At this stage we do not know the origin of this fire.
