From December 16 to 20, in Besançon, three accused will be tried for the assassination of Houcine Hakkar. This uneventful mechanic, collateral victim of a merciless war between two rival gangs, was executed on March 8, 2020 in the streets of the Comtoise capital. Led by the “Picardie” clan, this punitive expedition constituted the tragic climax of four months of shootings in Planoise, a district plagued by drug trafficking. Used as cannon fodder by both camps, a dozen young people had already been shot, most of them in the legs. Until then, we shot to intimidate – and mutilate – rather than to kill.
The prosecution has a wealth of damning details, which make it possible to bring to life from the inside the increasing violence of these settling of scores, while revealing the total impunity which motivates the traffickers.
