Moscow announces the arrest of a 16-year-old Russian teenager, suspected of having attempted to sabotage the Trans-Siberian railway infrastructure according to “instructions from the Ukrainian intelligence services”.

The incident could have caused “a collision or train derailment”, the press release added.
