More than 240 million American voters are called this Tuesday, November 5 to decide between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. While the race for the White House is particularly close, Moo Deng, Thailand’s most famous baby pygmy hippopotamus, predicted the outcome of this very close election…by eating a bowl of fruit.
On Monday, animal keepers at the Khao Kheow Zoo in Si Racha, southeast of Bangkok, placed two bowls of fruit in its enclosure. They bore the names, written in Thai, of Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Moo Deng walked towards the one displaying the name of the Republican candidate and former president of the United States.
This rough prediction of the hippopotamus whose name means “bouncing pig” should be confirmed or not in the next 24 hours. The first estimates on the final result will be known on Wednesday November 6 around 5 a.m. French time.
