Chaumont beats Lüneburg and maintains hope of continuing in the Champions League

Chaumont holds its first victory in the Champions League this season. CVB 52 won this Thursday evening in Palestra against Lüneburg, without losing a set (25-21, 25-17, 25-22). After breaking away at the end of the first act (17-17, 22-19), the Chaumontais largely dominated the second, and held off the German team, which had surprised them in the first leg (defeat in the tie-break after having led 2-0), at distance until the end, to conclude on their second match point.
