The Vinci-Bouygues consortium has filed its appeal for the Stade de France concession
This is a new stage in the series of the future of the Stade de France. According to our information, the Vinci-Bouygues consortium, concessionaire of the Saint-Denis site until August 4, filed an appeal before the administrative court against the State's decision to prefer GL Events for a new lease for the management of the homeless.
The two construction giants would like to see the public authorities' choice to enter into exclusive negotiations with the Lyon events company canceled, particularly for unequal treatment between candidates. As a reminder, Vinci-Bouygues had made an offer including a budget of 400 million euros for renovation work on the Stade de France while its competitor only offered around €120 million.
