In episode 1098 ofHere it all begins… The students present themselves before the chefs Valdine (Luigi Kröner) and Teyssier. The young chef specializes in revisiting regional dishes which will be the subject of his masterclass. Only four students will be able to participate after passing an initial knowledge test of regional products then a cooking test. Tom goes to apologize to Billie but she has difficulty seeing the fact that he sees her as a rival and not an ally. Tom then complains to Lionel who does not understand why his friend feels threatened by Billie.

She tells everything to Carla who becomes much more enthusiastic and decides to join in to help create the menu. Teyssier accepts Carla but is very authoritarian in his kitchen. The latter talks about this surprise to Coline and Souleymane who in turn want to take part in the project.
