In episode 1098 ofHere it all starts… The students appear in front of the chefs Valdine (Luigi Kröner) and Teyssier. The young chef specializes in the revisit of regional dishes which will be the subject of his masterclass. Only four students will be able to participate after having passed a first knowledge test of regional products and then a cooking test. Tom will apologize to Billie but she does not live the fact that he sees it as a rival and not an ally. Tom then complained to Lionel who does not understand why his friend feels threatened by Billie.
