New refusal to comply in Seine-et-Marne. The latest took place on the night of Monday January 20 to Tuesday January 21 around 12:40 a.m. in Lagny-sur-Marne. Municipal police officers, then on patrol, saw a driver in violation on the D934. The latter therefore decide to carry out a very mundane road check.

The 21 year old man, known to the policeis then immediately taken to the police station and placed in police custody. Faced with the facts with which he is accused, an investigating judge should quickly rule on his sentence, but there is no doubt that he will have to answer for his actions before the courts.
