Monday January 13, an LVMH employee who was taking inventory in the brand's reserve located on Avenue Montaigne realized that 60 bags were missing.

Upon investigation, two men were seen leaving the building in mid-December.

The damage is estimated at more than 100,000 euros.

The criminals are still being sought.

It was around 3 p.m. on Monday January 13 that an LVMH employee realized that several valuable items from the luxury brand had disappeared. The employee, who was then in a reserve of the LVMH group located on avenue Montaigne, a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées in the 8th arrondissement to take an inventory, noticed that no less than 60 Louis Vuitton bags were missing.

Immediately, reserve officials viewed video surveillance images from the site. And on the screens, they discovered two suspects.

The damage estimated at at least 100,000 euros

The criminals would have helped themselves precisely on the night of December 16 to 17, 2024. The images show them leaving the building. In their hands, no less than six large bags which undoubtedly contain the stolen luxury bags, TF1/LCI learned from police sources.

The damage declared in the complaint filed is 100,000 euros.

An investigation was opened by the prosecutor's office. Contacted by TF1info, the latter had not, at 11 a.m., responded to our request on this matter.
