But during a live report broadcast on Wednesday, the ABC network correspondent attracted the attention of Internet users for a very specific reason.
Dressed in a fireproof jacket similar to that worn by firefighters, the host of World News Tonight with David Muir spoke to the camera before turning around to show the scene of devastation behind him.
What viewers immediately noticed was that clothespins had been attached to her back so that her coat (which was probably too baggy) gave her a slim look.
Jack Osbourne (Ozzy’s son) was particularly scathing, writing: “Nice coat, buddy! I’m glad you look nice and slim with those clothes pins while our city burns to the ground.”
He also took care to tag Elon Musk for some reason that escapes us.

Other users of the social network X also mocked the journalist by mentioning the terms “pathetic” and “narcissist”.
All this reminds us of that famous scene from The Simpsons which, once again, somehow predicted the future.
