Asked by TV Magazinethe host spoke of his decision to leave Slam. “When France Télévisions offered me 'Everyone wants to take their place', I asked for 48 hours to think about it. It's not a decision taken out of weariness of 'Slam', I still had the same pleasure in presenting the game but it's obvious that after 16 years, when an opportunity like this presents itself, I thought about it“, he confided.

On a personal level, Cyril Féraud also experienced a major event: the birth of his son Tim, last July. “I'm like levitating. All those close to me tell me: becoming a father has transformed me.
