Stéphane Lanneau gives gifts to his children, including a tutu for Inès. Lionel refuses to open his and blames his father for making his sister miss the dance. Inès tells her brother that he is ruining everything. Stéphane explains that he was in a rest home for 4 months.

Teyssier announces to Constance that he has changed the Christmas meal for her. She is sad that Bérénice is not there. She smiles again when she sees her. Bérénice came because Carla has to go to Angèle.

Solal asked to see Stéphane with Gary. He insists that Stéphane tell Zoé that the idea for his return came from Gary. Stéphane does not understand why and refuses to lie to Zoé. He ends up accepting. At Gary's request, Solal explains how he found Stéphane.

Teyssier puts pressure on the kitchen, especially since Lionel forgot to change a technical sheet. Solal and Gary argue because they arrive late. Zoé is not stressed because it is the best Christmas in the world for her thanks to her father.

Sabri shocked by his father

Sabri opens the Christmas present sent by her father. It's a video game. He is disappointed and sends her a message saying that he does not have to decide on his passions. Olivia supports him.

Constance summoned Rose, Angèle and Carla. She rants about their absence at the institute's Christmas. She assures Carla that running away from Bérénice will not bring her back. She tells them to force themselves to come to the event.

Maya doesn't believe Solal when he tells her that Stéphane is there thanks to Gary. He admits to being behind it all. She finds him crazy and says that lying is not a good idea because she will eventually understand and get angry.

The guests are gathered at the institute's Christmas. Teyssier makes a short speech. Rose and Carla tell Clotilde about Constance's pressure attack. Bérénice is uncomfortable when she sees Carla.

Gaspard tries to intercept a tray to eat with his brother but Sabri refuses to give it to him. Malo explains that it's because of him that they can't come to Christmas because he doesn't like seeing people. Sabri is happy that Malo can be there for Gaspard. He leaves them the two trays he brought. Malo tells Gaspard that his friend is nice.

Everyone is delighted with the Christmas menu. Angèle takes Rose aside and gives her her grandmother's ring that she found in Raphaël's belongings after his death. She kept it, saying that she would return it to Rose the day she forgave her.

Solal surprises a very intimate scene

Stéphane comes into the kitchen to talk to Lionel. He says he is proud of him and his sisters. Lionel loses his calm and yells at him. He blames him for leaving, the trouble they had and the fact that they found themselves on the street because of him. He tells her that he should never have come back because they were better off without him.

Sabri is sad that her parents didn't change their minds and come. He tells Olivia and Claire that he is happy with them.

Solal leaves the institute's Christmas before the log to go to bed. But when he enters his room, he surprises Zoe and Gary having sex.

Teyssier mocks the very traditional side of Clotilde. She assures that she is capable of organizing the best possible evening on December 31st. They bet.

Hortense is sad because it's the first Christmas without her father.

Bérénice tells Constance that she is afraid of blaming herself for the rest of her life if she does not reconcile with Carla.
