This winter, viewers will be treated to a new drama on -, which could make them experience all the emotions.
Indeed, it is the new Mea Culpa, by the author Chantal Cadieux, which will take the enviable time slot of À coeur cœur.
This author is already proving very popular with the public, thanks to her previous series, Mémoires vives and Une autre histoire.
In My fault we find the actress Mélissa Désormeaux-Poulin who stars in this dramatic series, accompanied by Marie-Thérèse Fortin, Maxim Gaudette, Jessica Barker, Cynthia Wu-Maheux and several others.
The synopsis goes as follows: In a restorative justice center, Bérénice supports the process of people who are victims of criminal acts or who have committed them, to encourage dialogue between them and repair the harm caused. Its objective: to help these deeply wounded people turn a traumatic page in their history to better enjoy their present and their future.
Bérénice did not choose her profession without reason. 25 years ago, she and her best friends were forever scarred by a brutal attack at a college end-of-year party. One of them was killed, another became quadriplegic. The culprit was paroled after serving a 23-year life sentence and is coming back into their lives. Bérénice hopes to initiate mediation with the latter, but will she succeed in convincing her friends?
