Zack a un accident
Simon informs Martin and Raphaëlle that he discovered an update to the tracking application on Zack's phone, the same one that was involved in the case concerning Sébastien. He suggests that Martin talk to Zack directly about it. However, Camille overhears their entire conversation.
When she leaves her house, Camille confronts Simon, convinced that he is only acting out of jealousy.
Martin asks Zack about the app, which the latter claims to have downloaded for his scooter. Martin explains to him that this application is encrypted, but Zack claims he didn't know that. Concerning Sébastien's kidnapping, Zack assures us that he was at the cinema that day. Martin then asks him for details about the cinema in question.
Later, Martin comes back to see Zack and points out that he installed a second tracker on his phone. Zack explains that the first tracker was defective, prompting him to buy another one. In the meantime, Karim informs Martin that the cinema usherette remembers Zack well. Despite this, Martin continues to harbor some doubts. It was then that he received a call from Nordine.
At the Spoon, Camille talks with Zack. She tells him that Simon is convinced that he is involved in Sébastien's kidnapping. She adds that Sébastien's attacker used the same geolocation application as Zack. The latter minimizes the situation and makes people believe that the police are on the wrong track.
Raphaëlle advises Agnès not to go see Michel's body, believing that it could be too distressing for her.
Meanwhile, Damien informs Karim and Nordine that he has identified the place where Sébastien and Michel were targeted.
Zack suggests a bike ride to Camille. While she goes to get water, he sabotages the brakes of one of the bikes.
Shortly after, Camille arrives in a panic at the emergency room with Zack, begging the doctors to help her. Zack suffered a serious fall while cycling.
Victor is disgusted
Violette and Bastien visit Victor to tell him that the town hall has placed them on the same stand as him at the Christmas market. They offer to share the space, but Victor advises them to go and settle this directly with the town hall.
Alex decides to lend part of his stand to Violette and Bastien, allowing them to participate despite everything. Violette and Bastien quickly understand that Alex acted with the sole aim of annoying Victor.
At the Christmas market, Timothée joins Victor and they both observe Alex, Violette and Bastien's stand, which attracts a lot of people. Timothée informs Victor that he plans to go to the Little Spoon, saying that their mulled wine is much better than the one Victor offered.
Victoire and her romantic date
Victoire goes to Samuel's house to hang a photo on William's fridge that they took with Santa Claus. She expresses her wish that Samuel and Aaron become friends, but Samuel assures her that this will never happen.
Later, Victoire confides to Soraya that, during her adolescence, she had agreed to a date with her great high school sweetheart: they were to meet in 2024 at the Sète Christmas market. Soraya encourages her to honor this appointment, scheduled for Friday, but Victoire hesitates. She explains that she prefers to keep good memories and that she is certain that her former love has forgotten this commitment.
Despite her doubts, Victoire digs through her old high school things and shows Soraya a photo of her old love, a young man named Fred.
