Malcolm is certainly a cult sitcom. Broadcast in the 2000s, the program marked a generation and fans enjoyed following the daily adventures of Malcolm played by Frankie Muniz within his crazy family. In a recent podcast, the actor returned to the series and revealed which character in the cast he hated the most.

At the very beginning of the 2000s, the American public discovered the series on Fox Malcolm brought to the screen by Frankie Muniz. We follow the family of the gifted young boy on a daily basis and the success of the sitcom is enormous. During its five seasons, Malcolm won a Peadbody Award, seven Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award and was nominated seven times for the Golden Globes.
Twenty-four years after the first episode aired, fans still appreciate knowing what the cast is up to today. Of course, everyone knows that the father Hal, played by Bryan Cranston, rose to fame with the series Breaking Bad but Malcolm's brothers Justin Berfield and Erik Per Sullivan moved away from the world of television and cinema.
The star of the show who played the gifted Malcolm, Frankie Muniz continues his acting career alongside an early career as a NASCAR driver.
A little earlier in the year, he spoke about his experience on television and said that filming the series Malcolm hadn't always been fun. Due to the atmosphere there, the actor left the set and was not present in two episodes.

Today in the podcast Inside of YouFrankie Muniz returned to the set of the sitcom again and addressed the issue of those who annoyed him the most, even going so far as to say that he hated them. Thus, we discover that he didn't like Hal, Malcolm's father but only during filming and that it later became one of his favorites :
Hal, played by Bryan, was the show for me, he made it so good, because he was hilarious! A simply incredible character.
Then continue on another character he hated :
The character of Reese (Justin Berfield), when we shot the show, I hated him, maybe because Malcolm must have hated Reese but I hated him.
And to add:
Now I watch the show, and the funniest parts are the ones with Reese.
We reassure you, Muniz has nothing personal against Berfield but when you have already seen the series, we can understand why the gifted man had a hatred towards his older brother.
