On Tuesday, November 19, Cyril Hanouna caused surprise upon his arrival on Europe 1. The host then wore smoked sunglasses, which did not reveal his eyes. A detail which obviously did not question its chroniclers, who did not no comments.
Cyril Hanouna gives an explanation about his sunglasses
On Wednesday November 20, the man who also hosts TPMP once again went into the studio with his sunglasses. Before the start of the show, Valérie Bénaïm therefore decided to confront him about this subject. “May I allow myself to ask you about a little habit that you have had for two days now… Are you doing the show in sunglasses?” she asked him.
Faced with this question, Cyril Hanouna denied being a “optical mannequin”. Instead, he revealed: “It's because I feel in my bubble. I feel with the listeners, I feel in my bubble”. A response which clearly convinced her friendwho then indicated that it is a “form of concentrationn”.
The host regularly suffers from ophthalmological problems
In the past, Cyril Hanouna has appeared wearing sunglasses on several occasions. On November 10, he revealed that he was suffering from conjunctivitis in TPMP. “For the past few days, my eyes have been a little sore, but it will get better, I put some eye drops” he confided.
Lino and Bianca's father regularly has ophthalmological problems. In 2021, he had already indicated that daily wearing of a mask had caused him “allergies”. His arrival on Europe 1 with sunglasses could therefore be linked to this
eye sensitivity. In any case, he asked Valérie Bénaïm to “leave in [sa] bulls”. A remark which shows that he does not wish to reveal more.
