Claudine defends Eve against Judge Laplace, who indicts her for the murder of Curtis Alvez. Claudine does not understand but the judge recalls her justifications which varied several times and the large sum of money she withdrew the day before. The judge puts Claudine in her place and adds that he will request placement in pre-trial detention. Eve doesn't say a word.
Charlotte is with her mother, she says she is going to study with a friend. His mother asks if he wouldn't be more of a boyfriend and she confirms. Charlotte confides to him that it's the beginning, she doesn't yet know if she's in love.

Eve is in the van taking her to prison. Claudine calls Manu to inform him of his indictment and his pre-trial detention, she thinks that the judge is making her pay for her son's past. Manu is in shock.
At high school, Achille finds Charlotte, who tells him about her conversation with Tom the day before. This makes Achille laugh, he says that he's his best friend and he thinks he's a bit like his big brother. Charlotte wants to take him somewhere during lunch break.
Becker calls the judge about Eve, he thinks it's a bit harsh considering the evidence in the case. He believes she had nothing to do with Curtis' murder. But the judge thinks she is hiding things from them. Becker thinks she was in the wrong place at the wrong time, she must have panicked. The judge wants to push her to speak and reminds Becker that he is the one who decides. He asks her to let him do his work.
Charlotte takes Achille in front of Hugo's car. She wants to tag her car in front of the police station! Achille is reluctant but Charlotte reminds him that he is responsible for his father's death! He thinks she's right and they take action! They then flee and isolate themselves in marshes. They have to return to high school but Charlotte encourages Achille to skip class. They kiss.
Manu confronts Yann at the police station, he asks him if he is happy with him. Yann is sorry for Eve's indictment, he did not know about the pre-trial detention. Manu provokes him, Yann tells him that it wasn't him who forced his girlfriend to mess with drug dealers! Becker calls Manu into his office and puts him on forced leave. Becker assures her that he too does not understand the judge's decision but he does not understand why she does not want to tell the truth.
Boris calls Muriel and leaves her a message. She hasn't come to work for 2 days, he's worried.
Achille and Charlotte slept together. Achille tells him that he hasn't felt this good in a long time. Meanwhile, Hugo discovers his car spray-painted with the words “The Florist still lives”. He calls Cécile to warn her. He thinks it's Achille and that he must have had access to the investigation file. Cécile thanks him for warning her, she is with Florent…
Eliott finds Charles, he is shot. He thinks about denouncing himself to get Eve out, but Charles thinks that maybe it won't change anything and they will both be in prison. The police could even question Muriel and Toma would find himself alone! He tells him to pull himself together and fight, he won't let him go!
Cécile confronts Achille, who tells her that Hugo has what he deserves: without him his father would still be alive! Cécile asks him if he searched his computer, he admits. She is shocked, Achilles blames her for lying to him. Cécile assures him that Hugo is not responsible for Christophe's death. Achille tells Cécile that she is very happy that he died to have sex with other guys!
Boris comes to see Muriel, he is worried. Muriel tells him that it's complicated, they and Eliott separated. She asks him to leave. Boris assures him that he is there. When he leaves, she bursts into tears.
