While he is still enjoying the success of his first single and is working seriously on the recording of his future album, while performing on stage several times a week for the “Star Academy” tour, Pierre Garnier will have to take a little break. He announced the news to his fans via a story posted on his Instagram account: “Unfortunately… I’m sick today. »

The singer then explained that his doctors told him that he needed to rest for the next few days. “I will therefore, to my great regret, not be present on stage this evening and this weekend. » he specified, while he was due to perform in Limoges on June 14, in Toulouse on June 15, then in Tours on June 16. Already last May, he had to be absent for three performances, enough to recover in order to ensure his busy schedule. The young man still wanted to reassure the public regarding the rest of the tour: “I trust the whole team to offer you the best shows in my absence and I will be there with you next week.”

This sustained pace also impacts his classmates, as finalist Julien Lieb recently told us. “After an adventure as big as Star Academy, it’s complicated to follow up with another one like the tour. More than 75 dates in four months, it’s stratospheric! Physically, we pull hard on the rope” we can read in the latest issue of Ciné Télé Revue. Sensitive to the exhaustion of their favorite artists, fans did not fail to wish Pierre Garnier a speedy recovery, on X while showing concern…
