A joint song by more than twenty French rap figures will be broadcast this Monday evening to fight against the far-right, the day after the breakthrough of the National Rally during the early legislative elections.
Rappers united against the far right. Titled Not passit will be released this Monday, July 1 at 11:45 p.m., and will bring together some of the main figures of the French rap scene, including Fianso, Akhenaton and Soso Maness.
The announcement video, which mixes images of Marine Le Pen, Jordan Bardella and Éric Zemmour with scenes of the apocalypse, lists the full list of artists who have joined the project: in addition to the rappers mentioned above, we will hear Zola, Kerchak, Mac Tyer, ISK, Pit Baccardi, Uzi, Ashe22, RK, ALKPOTE, Cokein, Nahir, Relo, Seth Gueko, Decimo, Zed, Costa, Demi Portion. According to the Kultur website, the song will last 23 minutes.
“Challenge young people against fascists”
At the origin of this joint project, producers DJ Kore and Ramdane Touhami: “My very dear friend DJ Kore and I have done the impossible by using all our connections and all our networks to challenge young people against the fascists”, writes the latter on Instagram.
“The result is 22 rappers from all generations and all scenes on the same track (a song, editor’s note),” he continues. “That is, the best of rap… against the worst of politics.”
“No pasarán”, meaning “They will not pass” in Spanish, is a political slogan created in the 1930s by opponents of General Francisco Franco. The production of this river piece started the day after the European elections, on June 9, where the National Rally finished a head, according to the AFP which listened to the title in preview.

The press agency thus reveals that Not pass is full of punchlines addressed to Jordan Bardella, the boss of the RN, the Le Pen family and even Éric Zemmour (Reconquête!), denouncing the past of the French extreme right and police violence.

The funds generated by listening to the song will be donated to the Abbé Pierre Foundation.
The National Rally, big winner of the first round
Three weeks after the European elections and the dissolution announced by Emmanuel Macron, the voting in the first round of the early legislative elections concluded on Sunday evening with a new breakthrough for the far-right.
