“Arcane”, seasons 1 and 2 (Netflix)
CCreated by the animation studio Fortiche, this series is an aesthetic and narrative shock, based on a new scenario, inspired by the video game League of Legends. Two orphan sisters, Vi and Powder, are torn apart against a backdrop of rivalry between cities, technological and magical quests, betrayals and reunions. A gem of animation that is definitely worth it!

“The Cage”, season 1 (Netflix)
Five episodes directed by Franck Gastambide, with the theme of MMA, which only recycle the old recipes of boxing films: the rise of a male hero (Melvin Boomer) who has a destiny to follow, a super-villain to to face and an Adrian to support him.

“1992 – 1993 – 1994”, complete (Arte.tv)

“Years and Years”, minisérie (France.tv, rediffusion)
Our times have the series they deserve, a whirlwind of environmental, political and social disasters depicted from the perspective of an endearing British family. A dramatic fresco as visionary as it is distressing.

“The Old Man”, saison 2 (Disney+)
Far from the low-brow explosiveness of The Expendables, the first season of this spy series intelligently played the muscular third age card thanks to the tense hunt for Dan Chase, an ex-barbouze caught up in his past. In these new episodes, he flies to Taliban-run Afghanistan, where his daughter was kidnapped. Weighed down by dispensable sentimentalism, they reject too much what we come to look for: suspense and action. Fortunately, Jeff Bridges is endearing as a tired superman and the tasty John Lithgow perfect in the role of his ex-worst enemy, with whom he must team up. — Pierre Langlais

“Astrid and Raphaëlle”, season 5 (France.tv)
New investigations for the endearing female duo, with a first episode around a woman murdered in a park. The culprit could be a mysterious hitman nicknamed “the Reptile”… Fifth season of this effective, if not very original, detective series.
