On November 8 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Teyssier makes a decision on the future of Emi and Pénélope, Carla discovers Coline's secret and Anaïs puts herself in great danger…
In the episode ofHere it all begins on Friday November 8, 2024, Emi (Loryn Nounay) shows up at Delobel's (Joseph Malerba) masterclass and apologizes to him. She regrets having accused him of having pushed her father to suicide. Delobel is understanding and reminds him that Saneka's mistakes do not make him a bad leader. At his side, he learned a lot.
At the end of the day, Lionel (Lucien Belvès) and Jasmine (Zoï Séverin) accompany Delobel as she leaves the Institute. The leader takes the opportunity to thank them for defending him without ever doubting him. Lionel, in particular, has always been by his side even if he has sometimes been very hard on him. Lionel declares that a Delobel without a little blood is not a Delobel, but the leader wants to change that. If the last few weeks have taught him anything, it's that you don't have to be physically and verbally abusive to be a good leader.
Before leaving, Delobel pleads Emi's cause to Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche). He thinks that the young leader does not deserve to be fired from the Institute… Later,
Pénélope (Laurence Facelina) and Emi are summoned to Teyssier's office. The director announces that he has made the decision not to fire them. He thinks Penelope and Emi have paid enough, the former having had a heart attack, the latter having a long therapy ahead of her. On the other hand, he will no longer allow them any missteps. Teyssier then asks Emi to launch a new challenge on Oz! : “Dare to uninstall this m**** application”.
Coline lies to his mother about the Institute
At the Workshop, chef Armand (Elsa Lunghini) asks first and second year students to prepare a new sweet and savory dish in pairs. She is not satisfied with their latest proposal and would like them to show more diligence and boldness. To their great despair, Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) and Coline (Talina Boyaci) find themselves in a pair. The collaboration is difficult, but the two young women agree on a recipe.
After several hours of work, Carla begins to doubt the blood sausage recipe proposed by Coline. She thinks that a fig-parmesan combination would have worked better, but Coline finds that too wise. She suggests to Carla to taste rather than criticize everything. Finally, Carla recognizes that their recipe is successful. She nevertheless decides to prepare the plate herself, Coline not excelling at this at all. Finally, the two young women present a superb plate to chef Armand. They get a score of 18.
After the course, Carla and Coline leave the Institute together.
They come across Angèle, Coline’s mothercame to make a delivery to Calvières. Taken by surprise, Coline awkwardly introduces Carla to her mother. She claims that her name is Mélanie and that it is one of her colleagues at the “caterer”… Once Angèle leaves, Coline admits to not having told her mother that she is studying at the Institute. Indeed, the school is run by Rose (Vanessa Demouy) and Angèle accuses her of having killed her little brother, Raphaël (Bruno Madinier), in cold blood. Carla thinks that Coline should instead tell her mother the truth…
Anaïs makes a very risky request to Teyssier
Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) has not been in good spirits since Teyssier came to Double A. She begins to doubt the quality of her workbut Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) defends her from being depressed. She thinks that Teyssier is simply trying to reestablish his authority and that Anaïs' work is impeccable. Despite everything, Anaïs asks Gary (Louis Ould Yaou) to modify one of his recipes to improve his dish.
During the service, Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) comes into the kitchen to inform Anaïs that one of the customers is not satisfied with his dish. He finds that it is not at the level of Double A and asked if the chef had changed. Annoyed, Anaïs isolates herself in the park to think. Then an idea comes to him…
At the end of the day, the young chef goes to see Teyssier in his office and recognizes that his cuisine is no longer as sophisticated as before. To challenge yourself, she asks Teyssier to organize an exceptional event at Double A, where she will serve the best menu ever served. If only one of the guests makes a criticism, she will leave Double A and will never set foot in the Institute again.
