Her little moans attract the attention of Enzo (Azize Diabaté) and Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie), who wake her up and pester her with questions to find out what she was dreaming about. Anaïs admits the truth, stating that she doesn't know how to prevent these kinds of dreams. Although she distances herself from Milan, he continues to haunt her.
Arriving at Double A, Anaïs is surprised to find Teyssier in her kitchen. The manager strongly criticizes the restaurant's new menu, which he considers uninteresting. Since his departure,
he finds that Anaïs is feeling comfortable… Later, Anaïs checks Double A's comments, which are all rave. She hastens to show them to Teyssier, but the director sticks to his guns. Yes, Anaïs is doing well at the training restaurant, but she's not having fun. He feels like she's not at her best.
Milan's past resurfaces
Au Double A, Milan is surprised to come across a former cellmate, a certain Sam. The latter congratulates him on his entry into the Institute and asks him to stay for a drink, but Milan declines. Not being able to afford to drink with the customers during service, he offers to meet him a little later. Sam offers to invite him to dinner.
A little later, Milan talks to Enzo about his reunion with Sam. Enzo advises him not to accept his dinner invitation and to hang out with other people, rather than dwell in the past. This is the only way he will be able to feel good in his new world… Against this advice, Milan decides to go to dinner with Sam. The latter offers to sell his drugs to the Institute to make a bunch of money, but Milan refuses. All that is behind him.
Emi accepts the truth about her father
Early in the morning, Delobel (Joseph Malerba) comes to see Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) and tells him of his departure. He doesn't think he can stay at the Institute because of Emi (Loryn Nounay), who believes he is responsible for his father's death. Emmanuel thinks that his colleague should not give up. Emi must understand that her father was an imposter…
To settle things once and for all, Delobel asks Teyssier to bring Emi to his office in the afternoon. He then takes her to the kitchen, where he prepared the ingredients for the recipe that earned Saneka her first star. Emi declares that he will not be able to reproduce it, since Saneka was the only one who knew the exact recipe for the condiment, but Delobel succeeds. And for good reason, the condiment was his invention. Saneka made it her own.
Faced with the unspeakable truth, Emi collapses.
She can't believe that her father is a crook, that he stole all the recipes that made him successful. Delobel promises him not to tell the truth to anyone; he simply wanted her to know her… An hour later, Emi comes out of the kitchen and asks Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane) to film her. In front of the camera, she clears Delobel and tells the truth about her father. Chief Saneka was a fraud.
