The 9th edition of the Cournon-d’Auvergne Children’s Book Fair will take place next weekend in the multipurpose room. An invitation to travel around and with books.

Saturday 1 er and Sunday June 2, nearly a hundred authors and publishers from different categories will come to meet book and reading lovers at the Children’s Book Fair.

A living room full of surprises

Children’s literature will be present in very diverse specializations ranging from novels for adolescents to tales for the little ones, including comics and travel diaries… Fantasy like science fiction, a genre also popular with many authors. from the AuRA region or more broadly from the Massif Central, will have their place. Local writers will also be represented with Célia Barreyre or Patricia Mestre… and the world of illustration, comics and manga, by Sébastien Verdier (present on Sunday) and by Pierre-Marie Terral ( Larzac, story of a peasant revolt story inspired by the struggle, from 1971 to 1981, of Larzac farmers protesting against the extension of military camps on their land).
