Joker is not successful on TF1, success for “Capital” on M6

Sunday evening, it was France 2 which managed to do well with a rebroadcast of the thriller Kompromat (2022) with Gilles Lellouche. The second channel managed to bring together 3 million viewers watching the film directed by Jérôme Salle, or 16.6% of the public. In second place, we find M6 with the broadcast of “Capital”, which attracted 15.2% of the entire public.

Julien Courbet’s show, which focused on “the business of traveling people”, therefore caught the attention of 2.82 million curious people, with a peak of 3.3 million noticed by the channel on its X account. In fact, M6 indicates that these audiences are the best on “the entire public for 5 and a half years and the best audience for 2 years.”

Coming third in the audience rankings, France 3 broadcast Brokenwood . The New Zealand detective series convinced 2.15 million viewers, or around 11% of the public.

Opposite, TF1 rebroadcast the film Joker with Joaquin Phoenix, while the second part Joker: Folie à deux has been in theaters since October 2. Signed by Todd Philipps, this reinterpretation of the villain from DC comics failed to convince, attracting only 1.97 million viewers on the front page – or 11.2% of the public. The chain climbs with difficulty to fourth place.

As for other channels, Arte stands out with the broadcast of K-19, the trap of the depthswith Harrison Ford. The Franco-German channel attracted 4.4% of the public, or 803,000 viewers, with this film released in 2002.
