Matthew Pellerin d’OD South Africa was on the podcast Solemn where he opened up more about his professional career.
After speaking about his experience to Occupation Doublethe content creator claimed he was approached to be part of another reality show.
“I was approached to participate in… Canada’s greatest challengeor something like that, I don’t really know, I think that’s it,” he reveals, probably wanting to talk about Canada’s Ultimate Challenge.
“There was a girl who said to me: We’ll take you straight away! (…) I did: OK!», he continues.
“(…) It’s a kind of Canadian competition across all the provinces, they bring you into lots of business (…) it’s like a Survivor where are you not malnourished,” explains Mathieu.
At this moment, one of the animators, Ghyslain Octeauthe big winner of the second season of Survivorrevealed that he too had been approached to do so.
However, he claims that he would have refused the invitation since he was not ready to leave straight away.
After the two discussed the concept of the show together, the host asked Mathieu if he actually did it.
“Yeah, yeah, I’ve completed my business, they’ll call me back!”, he says, affirming that his girlfriend, Claudie Mercieris very jealous that he was approached to do it.
The episode appears to have been filmed earlier this year and in it, Mathieu asks to cut the parts where he announces his participation.
Furthermore, nothing seems to have been officially announced…
