C à vous is an unmissable event on France 5. Broadcast from Monday to Friday, the show is presented by Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine. With her entire team, she receives many guests on set and discusses current events while a chef prepares a dish which they then enjoy at the table.
On Monday October 7, Jérôme Schilling, MOF chef of the Lalique restaurant, visited the set. During the show, he was able to count on the presence of Mohamed Bouhafsi. He helped him prepare one of his dishes, langoustine tails.
Mohamed Bouhafsi almost gets burned in the middle of a broadcast
While Pierre Lescure, Emilie Tran Nguyen and Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine were preparing to receive a new guest, Mohamed Bouhafsu visited behind the stove.
“What’s great about Babeth with Jérôme Schilling is that it always smells good and it’s always very beautiful” he began.
The chronicler, equipped with chopsticks, was then invited to dip langoustine tails in oil to fry them. However, everything did not go as planned. Indeed,

The columnist keeps his cool after the incident
Despite Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine’s obvious panic, Mohamed Bouhafsi managed to keep your cool. The columnist delicately took his langoustine tail out of the pan and continued with the recipe as if nothing had happened. So he carefully added pollen mayonnaise and a little lime.
This exemplary attitude towards a potential accident truly impressed Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine. “Well done to both of you. It seems so simple” she declared before continuing: “It gets better and better”. Enough to delight Mohamed Bouhafsi, who had
already close to disaster with a shrimp in the past. The columnist was then able to return to his place and present his traditional Story. A section in which he is much more comfortable.
