Luis Enrique signed two years with PSG
The 53-year-old Spanish technician officially signed up on Wednesday July 5 with the French champion club. Taking over from Christophe Galtier, dismissed earlier today, Luis Enrique has signed a contract for the next two seasons on June 30, 2025. To fulfill his mission at the head of the PSG collective, the former coach of AS Roma and FC Barcelona will receive an estimated salary of 8 million euros net per season.
The highest paid coach in Ligue 1

Luis Enrique will be the highest paid coach of the 2023-2024 season which has just started in Ligue 1. In his coaching career, the Spaniard started with the Barça reserve team, before leaving for Roma, then managing Celta Vigo and the A of FC Barcelona, with which he notably obtained a convincing hat-trick, La Liga, Champions League and Spanish Cup. He led the national team of Spain for his last mission.
