“I think it’s not easy to come back and defend a major title for the first time in your career. He had to face problems. We couldn’t be more proud of the way he handled himself, both on and off the field, the fight he put up, his resilience. I know he’s only 23, but sometimes it feels like he’s a lot older and wiser than us. He is an incredible young man. It’s no surprise for us to find him in the final.
