At what age can you afford a house in 2025 in Côtes-d’Armor?

As for the apartments : €121,300 for old (average age 48 in Côtes-d’Armor and 46 in France) and €240,000 for new (average age 59 in Côtes-d’Armor and 50 in France).

“Forced savings”
