As a reminder, this is a pathogen causing listeriosis. This product recall concerns dry turkey sausage with veal from the Le Minaret brand. The product concerned is identified by GTIN 3276440001014 and belongs to lot 9775000007.
In addition, it has a consumption expiry date set at May 7, 2025. Packaged in a protective atmosphere in 170 g formats, this sausage was released in the territory between January 7, 2025 and January 20, 2025.

The product bears the FR 69.135.001 CE health mark. This in principle guarantees its compliance with health standards. On the other hand, be aware that the analyzes revealed the presence of listeria. This therefore led to immediate product recall.
Reminder Conso also indicated on this contamination: “People who have consumed the product mentioned above and who present with fever, isolated or accompanied by headache, and body aches must consult their doctor and report this consumption”.
Before also adding: “Serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women can also sometimes occur ». But that’s not all.
