Finally not Poland: we finally know the location of Ukraine – Belgium in the League of Nations! – All football

Expected to take place in Poland, the match between Ukraine and Belgium, in the Nations League play-offs, will be played in Murcia, Spain.

Third in its Nations League group, Belgium must play a play-off in order to remain in Division A. It is against Ukraine that the Red Devils will have to win.

We knew, obviously, that the first leg scheduled for March 20 was going to be relocated, due to the geo-political situation in the country. It was Poland, and more precisely the city of Wroclaw, which was expected to host it.

Ukraine – Belgium will be played in the south of Spain!

This will not be the case, since a destination much further south has been chosen: the Enrique-Roca Stadium in Murcia, without the south of Spain, with a capacity of 31,000 seats.

As a reminder, we learned this Wednesday morning that the return match, scheduled for March 23, will be played at the Cegeka Arena in Genk, since the Belgian Union has planned to engage the Devils in a tour of Belgium, in 2025, in order to to win back their supporters.

Belgium, which shared the stakes against Ukraine at the Euro (0-0), will have to win its double confrontation to remain in division A.
